No. of Guest

Hi!

I request my host to change the no of guest from 3 to 2 person via "alteration request" after got accepted by host. the price of the room is changed and it got higher. I dont understand why? My next question is if i dont want change than wht to do to keep the old price. Tht seems to me unfair.

@Muhammad0 It could be that the property you're staying at has fees for guests above a certain number. 

I would be surprised if Airbnb didn't show you the new price before you sent the change request.

The extra fees for additional guests often cover the host's costs of the additional cleaning required, including preparing extra linens and towels and beds, and doing the laundry.
