No "Terms" link to Change Cancellation policy

I want to change my cancellation policy from the Flexible 1 day, to Moderate 5 day.  I go to "My Listing",  >  "Manage Listing and Calendar"  but there is no "Terms" displayed.   Or am I totally blind or clueless ??
