No response from airbnb for a oven broken by a client to be refund

Hi all !

 

I'm trying for one week to have a response from airbnb for a oven broken by a client (August 3, 2019). The last two clients didn't have an oven, and now I bought one to replace the broken one and need to be refunded by airbnb insurance. But after 5 calls to the airbnb support, 5 messages to the support of the airbnb system, I have no responses, there as been 7 days that I have passed by with no follow up from airbnb. What do you suggest ?

Did you report the damage by following the procedures as mentioned here ?:

You do realize that airbnb only pay out the secondhand value at the time it was damaged.

If its 3yrs old its only worth about 20% of what you paid for it.

5yrs old and its not worth anything.

@Jeff158 , this is amazingly low. The oven replacement is 1700$. The guest and airbnb need to pay, we don't have this money. 😞

Hi ! Does anybody know about lawsuit againts Airbnb, can we do it in our city/country ? thank you !
