Hi, I have started a Meetup group on their platform called Northern Arizona Guides and hosts which is open for anyone, anywhere.  Sign up, join us, add to the discussion.  I open up my space and offer a great look of how to do successful hosting with an additional service of taking people around the area.  I have a 5 star rating 95% of the time, for what that is worth.  I do my best to welcome people to one of the greatest natural landscapes on the planet.

  I also am starting a support group for professional guides in the adventure tourism world.  I have been doing that for years and wish to share my knowledge on the subject.

It's Prime Time in Northern Arizona. The Silver Night Shade, Yucca, and Hedge Hog Cactus are all in bloom. Their lovely aroma flows quickly into my Villa as soon as a window or door is opened. My guests' notice it right away. I suppose my senses have become acclimated because it is not as obvious to me, but I love the way other's react to this sublime feature of the region. A recommendation that I would like to make is to have a map for your guests. I have a map of the Verde Valley which is a simple one page that I run off from my copy machine. Besides the major thourghfares, if features the high lights of Jerome, Uptown Sedona, our "wine country", Tuzigoot, Montezuma Well & Castle, as well as the various Visitor Centers/Museums.

I have a newly listed Airbnb off of 89A about 2 miles down the hill from Jerome.  I would love to get a copy of your map.  Plus, do you share your space with guests?  I'm having an insurance problem because I share my space.  Perhaps you have a solution.

We're in Cottonwood and have a property with a private apartment downstairs and bedrooms in the upper part of the house with shared spaces (sometimes, this is our vacation property and we have a suite we can lock off when we're not there). We also had some difficulty getting insurance (and you've probably solved your issue by now), but we were able to get it through Safeco/Liberty Mutual.
