Number of star ratings not accurate

Number of star ratings not accurate

Hi! I'm a new host. I have had 12 guests and 10 reviews. However it says that I only have had 9 reviews, even though all 10 are clearly there. Its been a few days and still hasn't changed. Why would this be? As a new host every review counts.

When I look at your listing I see "10 reviews"

@Alina105 there are 10 reviews and it says that there are 10.

I do have the same problem. I have 16 reviews: 13 in one listing and 3 in the other. But when I’m looking at the first one as a guest it appears 10 (when you open the listing you can see 13). And in my panel, in progress I see only 13. Let’s see when it will be updated.

@Yulianna0 when I open your private room for 1-2 I see 13 reviews and when i open your room for one I see 3.

That’s true, when I open I can see it. But when you search by dates, appear 10. I don’t worry much about it, but it didn’t change already for few days.
