Obtaining names and addresses from guests?

Hi everyone. Newbie here 

Do you obtain guests home addresses when they arrive on your premises as a safety measure or do Air BnB do that. I Havn't done this with my last two arrivals but I am now thinking that there should be a record even up in the cloud somewhere. I can't see any info on the starting up guides.

I know no hotel would let you stay otherwise

I ask my guest to provide emergency contact information when they check in.

Thanks, I was making an emergency plan and safety route to the nearest hills ( tsunami coastline and shaky shaky island ) in my welcome book. It got me thinking just about missing persons in general.
