Occupancy Rate in San Luis Obispo County, California

Hi Hosts, 

I am looking at investing in a location in San Luis Obispo (SLO) County in California. I am in the process of putting numbers together to see how viable this opportunity would be. I am trying get information about how often places get booked in SLO. Can anyone share any information about their average yearly occupancy for their Airbnb in SLO? Also, how seasonal are the rentals out there i.e steady year round, heavy summer rentals, light winter rentals etc...?

 I've been trying to find such a tool (for a different city) with no success. There are statistics about big cities such as SF, LA, NY, etc but I couldn't find anything for small cities. I doubt AirBnB would provide anything like that with all the issues they have with long/short term rentals and locals (especially in Europe).
