Occupancy Taxes - Osceola County

Hello!

I need help regarding occupancy taxes collected by airbnb on my bookings in my home in Davenport - Osceola County.
I could see that at moment of booking those taxes are collected:
6% of State Taxes
1.5 % of Florida Discretionary Sales Surtax
3% of County Tourist Development Taxes (Osceola County)


But as far as I am concerned we have to pay 6% of County taxes in Osceola not only 3% but I am not sure if I have to pay the 3% remaining on my own, and how that can be done or if Osceola might have a special agreement with airbnb and then I do no have to pay anything else.

 

Host from Osceola County: do you pay any extra county taxes beyond those paid by airbnb?
