This subject is about getting better reviews,

I would like to get your input on the following;

As a host after experiencing many people who use AirBNB I have found that I receive much better reviews from people who are younger than people who are older in age.

If this statement has some merit, then your chance of good reviews, given the same product, is more dependent on the age of the guest.

Define age ranges for "younger" and "older".  Its all relative, isn't it?

@Larry0, I would say I get good reviews from people who know how expensive housing in a big city is and who know that they actually get very good value for their money. That's often younger people who have difficulties to find cheap housing at home too. I get 4 stars from people who have their own house and could not imagaine living in a small apartment. That's mostly elder people, who already aquired property. I would not say so much, that age defines the review, but age defines their values.

The written reviews are not far apart, only the stars are.
