I am considering to create a listing on AirBnb for my condo vs a long term rental via a local realtor.
Is there anyone else hosting in the Kissimmee area who could potentially assist me with local cleaners and someone who could to do "meet & greet" as I am based in the UK.

I'm offering my cleaning services to one lucky Host for now. I will be starting a cleaning company eventually for short term rentals and the special nuisances that come with them. I'm also a host so I understand what needs to get done. -Again I'm only working with one lucky host for now (first come first serve) This is a premium service. - First Cleaning and Meet & Greet - $300 (3000sqft and below) $400 (3001 - 4000 sqft)
I assess your house and your requirements and identify exactly what you expect. Then I clean and review the results with you after, -if your not satisfied after, we fine tune it to where your happy. I don't leave until your happy and your place is perfect.
- After cleaning I do spot check in detail I check all beds and floor for hairs, stains and dust.
- Mop floors, I mop every time no questions. If the floor looks clean I still mop, your marble or tile floors will smell and look good.
-Every counter and table always gets wiped and sanitized
-Bathroom gets special focus
-All mirrors inside the home gets cleaned and streak free
-Toilets get cleaned properly and sanitized and labeled as such.
-Wash sheets and spread beds. (proper creases and folds)
- Dusting and Vacuuming
-Kitchen : stove, fridge and microwave gets thoroughly cleaned - Dishes washed and stacked properly not just tossed in dishwasher.
Here is break down of my fees:
Initial Meet and Greet and first cleaning - $300 - $400
Regular Cleaning Plan. $500 per month and $60 each visit or $199 per visit (without monthly plan)
Optionals: (per visit)
Inventory tracking: (spreadsheet tracking for theft: towels, plates, electronics etc) - $19
Emergency trash pickup: $40
Damage Control: (Spreadsheet tracking for possible damages after each guests): $10
Emergency supply run: (towels, plates, spoons etc): $25 + cost of supplies
Barbecue Grill Cleanup and Ash Disposal: $60 (Includes disposal of oil and greese)
Pool Deck cleaning: (sweep and pick up trash from pool deck arrange furniture) - $10
