Overall Experience rating – Shouldn't it be an average of the 6 individual ratings?

does anyone know how the overall rating is calculated?  I can't make since of my overall rating based on my individual scores for everything that a guest rates.

hi, im not sure but id like to know as well. I would also like to know what questions are asked to the guests when they give there star ratings. does anybody know? Thanks
