Overbooking / Channel Manager

So, I work with AirBnB and few other Online Travel Agencies (BC, Exp.,..) and I'm using Chanel Manager. (I don't remember the last time that I got overbooked it was so long time ago).
Today it happened. I wondered in the past what will happen in this case and now it did. 

Basicly I've got a last minute cancelation and had one unit available to sell. 
Because the demand is high I received a confirmed booking from BC and one minutte after I received a booking from AirBnB. The fact is that channel manager is not able to process/update availabilty that fast. 

I've accepted booking that arrived first which was from BC. 

So am I still eligable to loose a super host status, although I have screen shots of bookings, channel manager, booking time etc...? Although I think there is more chance to win a lottery but still.. It can happen obiously..

What channel manager are you using?

Do you use a PMS software? Happy with?
