Hi
This is the first time I am on AirBnB and have received my first guest and email from you that my payment is lieing there ready to take. I just dont know how to access it because I dont understand the payment methods. Please give me more clarity because we wouldnt want to lose out on this. Is there a contact nr I can use to talk to someone and guide me through with as this is very new for me.
THank you so much
Ilse
Hi @Ilse0,
Are you referring to an email that looks like the one below? If so, the money will be deposited into your preferred payout account in which you setup. If you have not setup an account, go to your picture in the right hand corner and from the dropdown list, choose "Account Settings". On the page you are taken to, choose "Payout Preferences" and then "Add Payout Method". I took an image which is below to show you how.

Hi There!
Thank you for your helpful tips. My problem is that I entered the banking info for the intermediary bank (in the US), for my local bank (in Jamaica) but neither banks are seeing the payout after 1 week 😞 Any suggestions? Thank you!

Hi @Yuki266,
Could you tell us a bit more about what issue you're facing and what you need help with please? This way other Hosts or myself might be able to give you some tips. 🙂
Thanks,
Emilie

My last payment of $660.00 dollars; the client paid $700.00 which it was the established price. Why did you keep $40.00 ?
I tried to e-mail your office twice with this question, but got no response. Please explain or send me an e-mail

Airbnb charges a 3% from the host in all the payments, that is why!
Hi,
I have noticed that my payment details are incorrect (old account number) and so far I have not received any payments from Airbnb. I have not received any messages that these payment have not reached me. It says paid out. I called the bank. bank does not see any transactions. Where is my money and how I can track them? I cannot even see what account number it was sent to couse on airbnb site it shows only 4 last digits. I have used this account tio receive mayment 2 -3 years ago ant it worked.
Thanks
Laura
