Paid by airbnb community to answer survey, is it true?

Good morning I recently received emails from airbnb, via airbnb Wyatt Hayman (reply to:  w@airbnb.com), to join a Community Panel. Since in the mail it is also indicated that I would be remunerated for the time I will dedicate, I wonder if anyone knows something.

The first mail was correct, indicating a Community Liguria, where I actually operate as Host. Then in the confirmation email we talk about Community Panel Sidney. It seems like a refusal, but it looks strange. I answered to the indicated mail and no one responds. I asked for airbnb assistance but they say that community is a thing by itself and they do not know anything about it.

Has anyone ever heard of it?

Thanks Andrea

Hello to all!

It is true Ms. @Andrea1007 , we actually just finished the survey last week. Wyatt also gave us link for a live group conversation whereas we saw each other's profile including him and other admins. As for the payment, they are using Ethnio (a company that helps businesses take up surveys and research studies and give rewards to the participants--i just Googled now haha), though I haven't received it yet, it's indicated in Wyatt's email that it will be within this week, *cross fingers haha.

Hope it helps.

Hi Jal,

Did you get your payment yet? I just received an invitation email from them and I just want to make sure it's legit.

Thanks!

I know this post is kind of Old. I started on a research team on October, 2018. It was supposed to be a working period of 6 months. After receiving some emails and answering all the surveys i received the last one on January 2019. After that i didn't receive other emails and of course they did not what they said. I am still waiting for an email. Now no one know anything about that project on Airbnb. I checked already the incoming address and it seems to be a "good one". Could anyone tell me where i can call or write to ask about this issue? Thanks
