Paying method

The bank account I have been receiving my payouts to has been working fine for about a year. Suddenly the status showed error in the payout methods. Deleted the information and reset it up. Now have received an email from Payoneer saying...

 

We see that you already have an issued Payoneer account associated with this Airbnb user using the exact same bank account details. Please note that in order to ensure an efficient service, we ask you to please continue using your already issued account.

 

Why did it change to error in the first place and how can I reset up the payout method to the bank account I was using before?
