I have been greatly stressed by Airbnb these last weeks.
Tried to contact them, 7-10 times and feel like chasing my tail on the call-centre that is their customer help line.
Staff there are totally unable to resolve my issue let alone answer my questions. I am infuriated by the inability to contact airbnb directly!!! I can't see a clear way to submit complaints to them either and am now thinking or pursuing legal action as an agrieved customer/client serving as a host. I have had a guest here since the 6th October, its now the 26th and I have still not received the payout. It just looks frozen in the future transactions part of the finance folders.

Processing time
After Airbnb releases the payout, it takes some additional time for the money to get to you. The average processing time for each payout method is:
ACH / Direct deposit: Up to 3 business days
Bank transfer or international wire: 3–7 business days
PayPal: Within 1 business day
Western Union: 1 business day (US Pacific Time)
Payoneer Prepaid Debit Card: Within 1 business day

I have had a guest here since the 6th October, it is now the 26th and i have still not received my £590, this has caused me a great deal of stress and inconvenience as well as financial hardship, I am copying this message to my email also to keep document of my final attempt to reach out for aid/assistance.
I have attempted writing 3 times already this week as well as spoken to the Call Centre twice.. They have been totally unable to help in any shape as they are just a call centre.. My email messaging has not been responded to and I would like to submit formal complaints and am thinking seriously now about progressing this as a legal case against Airbnb as I also believe I must be entitled to further compensation for this total lack of care/consideration of my needs as a customer/client of airbnb's service as a host!
I can not find in your resolution centre any info on how to contact airbnb directly or how to submit formal complaints procedures!
I am totally dissatisfied with this completely unsatisfactory level of service!
