Payout and cancellation

Anyone from Airbnb, please reply to our messages.  Our guest from March-June has been charged fee for this month, April, but we haven't received payout which we normally get 24 hours after check in.  We do understand that there could be some delays in other cases, but don't understand what would cause delay in payouts when guest's account has been charged more than a week ago. Now she has decided to cancel the rest of her stays and leaving tomorrow. When do we get our payout? Sorry don't mean to be a pain, but we need some relief here, lost quite a few bucks due to cancellations. 

 

Another guest decided to cancel his one-month stay from March 16 .  A case manager initially e-mailed us if we are agreeable to give a full refund.  We reached out to our guest (who was a regular) and clarified that he was only asking for 50% refund, so we both agree to that.  We however do not know how this is going to be processed because we do not have notifications or charges from our bank.  Have followed up with the case manager a few times through e-mail to no avail.  We understand the skeleton force working right now, but not hearing from anybody is not good as we don't want to lose our guest's trust.

 

We've called and e-mailed but no reply, please help.
