Payout methods

Hi all, I have two properties listed in my hosting account but I want them both to have separate payout methods (ie payments received going to two different bank accounts), I found instructions on airbnb on how to do add a payout method, however it won't actually allow me to add a payout method (the box is blanked out), does anyone know why? I can't find any other help anywhere, I really don't want to have to open up a second airbnb account just for the second listing.

Hi @Gemma66. When you click the red tab "Add Payout Method" you should get a form to fill andd then you should be redirected to an external page. Was it like that for you?

no, I am unable to click 'add payout method' as the box is blanket out.

That is quite a dilemma.  Perhaps Airbnb is unable to verify the accounts you provided.  You may want to contact them directly.

Although I don't have the answer for you, here are some additional sources that Airbnb provides that can assist you:

The quickest way to get an answer to your question is to use the Airbnb Help Center.  There’s information on everything from Airbnb accounts to reservations, cancellations, and more.  However, if you still need assistance, you can contact them directly by submitting a request, and one of the Airbnb Help Center team members will contact you in a timely manner.

However, due to high volume of callers, the average wait time can be over 5 minutes.  So I would suggest submitting your question through the website or sending a message through Twitter, @AirbnbHelp. 

If you don’t currently have an account, you may want to consider opening one up just for your Airbnb Listing.  It’s also a great way to possible increase bookings, once your listing becomes live.
