Payout preferences

I wanted to change my payout method to a different Bank account. I have provided required details on the website, however it shows verification is still pending. Its been pending for more than 2 weeks now.

Ran into this dilemma once, and turned out I had to make one more step on my end, but been so long I forgot what that was.
