Have not been paid once for many guests stay over the last 3 months. Payout system is very poor and does not follwo thru to satisfactory setup.  No feedback as what more is needed to ensure transfer of funds. Exteremely frustrating. Reported this issue and management has no system to follow thru to satisfactory closure.
