Photographs for renovated listings

Hi Everyone!

I´m a host since more then a year now and I used to share one room in my apartment.

Now I´ve just finished some renovation works which made the listed room come now

with an own kitchen and bathroom. Still with one entrance with my apartment kind of

but separated.

My questions would be:

- I would need new photos but do I need to make a new listing and loose all the comments

and my ratings to do so?

- Should I list this as an entire place or separate room? (it´s not an own but much more then

only a room).
