Potential guest querying Airbnb's price breakdown

How do I contact Airbnb to provide help for a potential guest who thinks an error has been made in the calculation of his costs for a week's stay in my apartment? Even with the weekly reduction and conversion from/to Euros and Australian dollars I am also confused re Airbnb's calculation for the guest.
