@Diane690 yes if there is a damage as a result of the smoking. The smell of smoke is very hard to prove and charge for. If you know that the guests break your rules at the moment they do you should always confront them and let them know that their reservation can be canceled if they continue to break the rules. Also, make sure to keep all the communication in the app so that you have evidence in a potential Airbnb involvement.
