Pre-approved guest from Alaska can't book

A verified, guest can't book my place. Airbnb says it has something to do with their phone number in Alaska (cell phone). I've pre=approved them, but they still can't book. I can't find any phone numbers to call Airbnb either. What the heck?????

This is just happening to me now. A guest wants to book but can't. I am keen to accept and it's for tomorrow night. Help!
