Has anyone been using Price Labs and do you find it really far better than smart pricing or custom pricing or is it the other way round?

im currently using Pricelabs on one of my places and I’ve found myself going back to make adjustments based on AirBnBs smart pricing recommendations. However, I was already at 85% occupancy for the next 90 days when I started so I was merely testing it to fill the gaps and use some of the special features it offers.

Overall: Save your $20 and use smart pricing tool

@Lee133 I notice that most of these comments are a few years old

but now in December 2021 I was wondering if Airbnb has revised their smart pricing 

Previously it was much  too low but now they seem to be picking up? 

PLUS beauty of it is that you can change back and forth each day
