I have set prices at $300 per night yet Airbnb have made an instant confirmation at $237 per night for 7 nights. I am missing out on $441.

How does this happen and what can I do?

Hi double check if ABB did not apply % discount

Similar happened to me but thankfully the guests was asking a question about parking and when i noticed i immediately went to setting and delete the discount 

I will never accept 28% discount sometime ABB sent as message and suddently it appear on my page for over a week

You might wanna adjust your weekly discount. I think 21 % is a bit high but you must have chosen that for a reason.

@Jane358 If somebody wanted to stay 6 nights it would be cheaper for them to book 7.

I am a new host and this is the first peak season that I am about to face where bookings could bu. I've adjusted the discount as suggested.

I have only had 2 or 4 night stays to date so this hadn't come into calculation previously.
