Problem with clients being able to book more than four days

Recently I've had two potential guests tell me that they can't book for more than four days. I currently have a guest trying to book two of my rooms for a week but it's impossible for it to be done. I have tried to contact the administrator of the website but it's proving to be one of the most difficult things I am able to do. I can't find a contact number so that I can phone. Could anyone please help his is quite urgent. Thanks. Heather.

I would check your Availability Settings - you might have accidentally set a max of 4.
