I'm treating my AirBnB as a business. Does anyone in the Community have a Chart of Accounts suitable for Airbnb use in QuickBooks? How/where can I get one so I don't overlook proper accounting practices? Thanks for guidance.  Countries other than USA may also benefit from a Chart of Accounts to simplify and more accurately categorize their numbers.

Bnbtally provides templates you can import along with a great deal of documentation about proper accounting practices with Airbnb & QuickBooks. Ultimately, your chart of accounts depends on your business model (property management vs home ownership, etc...), some business models are a bit more comprehensive than others. When you first set up your Quickbooks file, it walks you through the process and helps you figure out your chart of accounts. You don't have to be an accountant to do this. Just a basic understanding of accounting will get you through it.
