Property Management Wilmington, NC

Greetings, 

My wife and I are currently looking to buy an investment property in the Wilmington, NC area close to either Carolina or Wrightsville Beach. 

We live in Philly so we are looking for a property management company to manage the property full time.  We liked the pitch Turnkey properties gave us but after further research it seems they do not have a good reputation. I was seeing if anyone had any suggestions for a local or national company management company for the Wilmington, NC area.
