Property unlisted itself, without any help from me!

Hi, I found that although I had not made any changes, and definitely did not do it myself, my property had become unlisted!

How can this happen? I am not sure for how long, but it came up sometime around the peak festival season in New Orleans!!

I've seen a few other posts about properties suddenly unlisted. You should probably contact Airbnb to figure out what the problem is

Here are 3 easy ways to contact Airbnb:

Airbnb Community Experts
Via Twitter Direct Message @Airbnbhelp
Calling Airbnb

1. Contacting Airbnb's Community Experts

The easiest and quickest way to get answers to any issues is through contacting Airbnb's Community Experts. If they cannot answer your question, they have the ability to re-route you to Airbnb

Step 1: Visit https://www.airbnb.ca/help/contact_us

Step 2: From the bottom of the screen, choose either "My question is about something else" or "I have a different issue"

Step 3: Follow the prompts to figure out what best describes your issues. Some things you choose will take you to specific information whereas others you can fill in the text box and submit your question.

When you submit a question, you can expect an answer back from a Community Expert within five minutes but usually less. If the Community Expert cannot help you, they can re-route your issue to Airbnb who will then contact you. Airbnb Community Experts do not have access to your account information so if it is a question that can only be answered with account information, they will re-route you automatically. Airbnb Community Experts are available 24/7 and again, usually you will have an answer from them within minutes.

2. Contacting Airbnb Via Twitter

I find the second best and easiest way to contact Airbnb regarding any issues I may be having is by using Twitter. Airbnb seems to have dedicated staff who monitor their Twitter feeds and I usually hear back from them within 5-10 minutes of posting my isssue.

Step 1: Log into Twitter

Step 2: Search for @Airbnbhelp and choose "Follow" them

Step 3: Send a Direct Message (DM) explaining your issue and wait for their response. They may ask for information such as your listing but always provide it over DM so it is not public.

3. Calling Airbnb's Customer Experience Line

***Please note that these phone numbers and any numbers below are meant for URGENT MATTERS so it is best to use the above two methods first***

How To Get Airbnb Contact Number If It Is Not Listed Above? (Option #1)

Hi, we are also having this problem.  AirBNB can't see anything wrong.  I have logged numerous calls.

Our listing seems to be automatically unlisting itself.  AirBNB says it looks fine.  We tried to link our account to Nightsbrigde to assist with a combined calender to manage availability.  They had problems with linking us.  So they removed their link and I am now suppose to be able to mamange our AirBNB account like we always did.  But now every hour is unlists it self.  I then go and manually list it again.  And I also have to update our room details.

Has this happened to anyone else?  AirBNB and Nightsbridge say they can't see why this is happening.  THey are still looking. In the meantime I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this frustrating problem as we are now getting no enqurires.

Look forward to any solutions or feedback that anyone has.

Thanks.

@Ronelle2, I would pursue Nightsbridge about this.

Nightsbridge software has a link to your listing; it may connect to it every hour to do the work it normally does. There may be something wrong with the connection.

I know they said they removed the link, but something may be wrong with how they fixed it.

Of course AirBnB and Nightsbridge are going to point their fingers at each other; neither wants to spend the time to help you. The most likely culprit is Nightsbridge, in my opinion.

Tell them that their software is unlisting your property and causing you to lose income, and that if they don't fix the problem you will seek relief in the courts.

(By the way, if you have a co-host you can see the change history of your listing. The change history would tell you how your listing is getting unlisted. For me, the change history records the activities of the pricing robot service we use.) (You can also ask AirBnB to look into the change history of the listing if you don't have a co-host.)

My property was unlisted by Airbnb. I received an email that Bed and Breakfast was only for professionals and that I had to change property. I changed it in HOUSE, directly after receiving the email and certainly before the deadline.

i contacted Airbnb and they asked during the chat for a lot of screenshots but it seems that they are not able to list my property, that was unlisted by Airbnb, to list it again. This is very strange to me as if they have access to unlist they must certainly have access to list it again.

Maybe it is because I live in the Philippines, help desk is not helping at all.
