Push Notifications are not working since 4 days ago...any tips?

Hi dear comunity members,

Since Tuesday, 1st of March, the Push Notifications are not working.

We tried to contact Airbnb to report this issue but couldn't find a way to do it on their website.

Do you have any suggestion? What can we do?

@Catarina-and-Daniel0 You might try logging out and then logging into the app.  Or uninstalling the app and reinstalling.  Make sure the settings on your app are set to receive push notifications.  Hope this helps.

We already did that but the problem still the same.

It occours in all our mobile phones so since the beggining of the week we are getting no notifications from Airbnb.

What can we do?

@Catarina-and-Daniel0 The best advice I can give you is to contact Airbnb and seem what the problem is.  Their apps are notoriously glitchy and they are constantly answering these types of questions on twitter @airbnbhelp.  That's the best way to get a response.  Other ways to contact are:

Estamos na mesma situação aqui no Porto. Desde o dia 1 de Março que não recebemos push notifications da AirBnB app. Já conseguiram arranjar alguma solução para tal?

Nada...na assistência apenas nos dizem para aguardar e que estão a trabalhar para resolver o problema :s 

Já lá vão duas semanas e na maioria das situações não recebemos qualquer notificação push-up e também já aconteceu não recebermos sequer a notificação via email 😞
