Question about long-term guests

We are new to hosting and our property is located near 2 hospitals. As expected, we have gotten reservations for long-term guests who will work at the hospital. Our question is about items that we planned to supply to short-term guests, such as coffee, laundry detergent, toiletries, etc and how to handle that with long-term guests who are getting a large discount for the extended stay. Any tips and suggestions are much appreciated!

@Taryn45  I have had a long-term guest for similar reasons and yes, a starter supply, then they are on their own!
