Question about special offer, contacting Airbnb via email

I have an interested guest who gave me a total dollar amount he is looking to pay. I've tried to enter it as a special offer but it didn't register the correct amount. It was a for a 3 month reservation so it was for over $11,000 - but Airbnb only recognized $11 and sent an offer for zero dollars. I've tried to fix it but each time the page won't accept the amount I actually type or paste in. Anyone know why or is this just a glitch? It doesn't give a per night rate option, just a subtotal. I wrote the guest to explain that my zero offer had been a mistake and that I would try to figure this out. I'm not sure what went wrong but I need to to get an Airbnb support person to help me, I think. I'd welcome help in connecting to Airbnb or if anyone has advice on what I am doing wrong, would be greatly appreciated.
