Rating system ..."Good", "Super"

Hi, 

Can anyone please point me to the new rating system visible to guests? (e.g. pictures?) 

Airbnb seems to encourage lower than 5 ratings even more now.

Also my guests fundamentally don't differentiate between "Overall Experience" and "Value". Is there any reason on the God's green earth that these two are separate?
