Refund Invoice - Where?

I recently refunded a guest $100, but my airbnb contact did not send the invoice for this to my email as asked. Where can I get this from?

I have the same problem: refunded my guest the full amount but my earnings and my invoices have not been updated by AirBnB. How do I get an amendment of the invoice?

The system generates another invoice. It's not an "update". It's another, new invoice.
