Refund after guests depart

My guests left a day early and, as a courtesy, I offered a partial refund on the last night. I cannot find the option to send/receive funds on his booking details. Is this because the booking has ended? He lives in France and doesn’t use PayPal so I cannot refund that way. It needs to be via Airbnb. Is there a function to do so? Thanks!

@Jayne-Ann0   If you click on the guests profile on your calendar it will bring up their booking details, scroll down to the bottom and click on the bit about refunding your guest and it will take you to the resolution centre.  You can refund them there.
