Regarding the payments

I have run into a small problem. I'm hosting for a house in Havana and the payments come throught VaCuba agency. The problem is, that my nephew was the one who created the website and he received the first payments. Now he's on a trip, so we changed the registration, but the payments still came under his name. VaCuba doesn't pay it out and all the payments are stuck within the company. Who do I contact to solve this?

I think you're going to have to wait until your nephew returns to straighten this out. The account is in his name. No decent agency will let a 3rd party (you) change payment information. I don't know where your nephew lives, but you all should also be aware that any payments in his name may result in a tax bill in his name as well.
