Remotely manage property in Manchester UK

Hi,

I have put up my flat on Airbnb as I am travelling from October to the end of March! I am finding it very difficult to manage it remotely right now, to coordinate cleaners and how to respond when things go wrong. Is there a reliable reference I can hire to manage it for me while I am away? My cleaner is fairly regular and I have only had a problem once with her in 3 months. I have a lockbox too so I don't need key exchange. The services I require would be responding to problems while guests are there if they have any (for example, one guest couldnt figure out how to operate the lockbox), and doing laundry for my sheets once a month, and general check ups to see that things such as light bulbs etc are working.
