Rent rooms separately

Hi. New to Air BnB. My property has 4 separate bedrooms that I want to charge individual prices for. How do I set this up ?

Chris - just create a separate listing for each room, each with it's own photo and calendar and pricing etc.

You can complicate matters if you wish and also create groupings of rooms - eg a listing for 2 rooms and 2 rooms. But be very wary of double bookings etc. You can alwasy block off individual room calendars so that you keep the 4 rooms for one larger group, say for New Year or events
