Rental Space doesn't have a shower

We have a detached flex space which is currently used as an office and guest area when we have people stay with us.  There is a kitchenette, and half bathroom, but no shower or tub.  This isn't a problem when we have friends come stay (as they use our shower in the house).  But we are thinking of listing it as a rental in which case we don't want to share our private bathroom with people we don't know.  Its a great spot to work and take photos (great natural light), or if you need a clean place to sleep on your travels. I've seen people list spaces that are for events only / mainly for work, but are there other rentals like this out there?

While it's very outside the standard Airbnb experience, you could try it.

You would have to make very clear what you are offering.

Your Headline should be something like

"Bedroom suite with Toilet, Sink, No shower or Bath"

Your first message to your guests should go Like this

"Thanks for your interest. There is No shower or bath. Would this be OK?"

If you price your product low enough, you could get business. Not everyone is into bathing everyday.  However, because you are so outside the standard you will need to be very careful who you attract. Druggies would be very attracted to your offering. And attracting guests to do business at your place is a different world. Porn shoots? Selling guns?

Thanks for your input.  I definitley don't want to attract the wrong kind of guest!

We have a similar space. Have you had luck renting without a shower?
