Rental registration in seattle Washington

Hello there

i am a superhost here in seattle Washington who rents out seven rooms in what used to be a hotel built in 1904. My units have NEVER been long term rentals and never will be. I provide clean, affordable and safe options so guests don’t have to stay in the sketchy , filthy drug riddled hotels in the area. The new RRIO rules will essentially take away my ability to provide this  service , I am devastated as I love hosting people from around the world and this new law is good but it’s also counter intuitive to close me down. I am not taking away any long term rentals off the market. I am a cultural ambassador also and now I need a legal team to get our space grandfathered in as a historically short term rental.. thoughts?
