Report airbnb member offering his services

It's not the first time that an AirBnB member sends a booking request which is basicaly an offer to manage / clean my AirBnB guest cottage or to offer his taxi services. Is it allowed and how can AirBnB stop this?

In the message thread you have with the other airbnb member, to the right is a small flag symbol.  Click on this and the window will advise "Do you want to anonymously report this message?", you can then alert it to airbnb.
