Reviews not going through

Is anyone else having problems with their reviews of guests not going through? I've posted a review of a guest 3 times and air Bnb just emailed me today saying "last chamce to review" it's done it to me for other guests too. Is there a way to actually contact Airbnb directly? I can't find any contact info in my dashboards

Hi,

Most of the time this is an error of the used browser - it did not save the review. So try it with another browser. Airbnb recommends Mozilla Firefox.

Having the same problem.  My guest sent via email a message stating that he kept getting a message that there had been an error.

The review is not recorded anywhere - and even his email disappeared.  Wierd.  Can see how to get help from Airbnb.
