Hi there, i have just accepted a guest to stay at my property. His profile states he has 4 reviews.  However, I cannot view these.  Has anyone else come across this before?  My concern is that they could be bad reviews that he has managed to block from view?  let me know what you think could be the reason behind this.

Are you using the app?  If so, you sometimes can't see the reviews for whatever reason (the app is a little buggy).  Try using a computer or your phone's actual browser.
