Hello everyone, I am a host from Bulgaria.

I hope you can help me because I can't contact Airbnb regarding my problem. I have been using the Airbnb app for mobile phone since 2 years and I have always recieved an SMS notification when there is a booking request or a message through the Airbnb website. However, this has not been working for the last month. I tried to verify my phone via sms, but it doesn't work.

I don't have problems receiving messages from other people. Only with Airbnb notifications. I did not have problems to verify my phone number via call.

Has anyone else had this problem and fixed it?

The only solution is to contact airbnb. If you have difficulty to find their contact number. You may email them.
