Searching someone to run air bnb appartment

Hello,

I am still in renovation process of my appartment and wondering if this business plan would work out at all.

Do you think roof terace appartment in Kipseli will have interested people or its too far from the city centre?

Im aslo wondering how much I would need to pay for someone to run it? Bookings?Keys etc? Is it calculated per booking or monthly salary? I might search someone here to help me run it.

In reference to the keys, a good keypad lock will help manage guest access on it's own for you! We got this new lock a couple months back and we absolutely LOVE it! It syncs directly to my AirBNB calendar, sends guests emails with key code and instructions as soon as they book a stay, disables codes at time of check out (and accurately lol), and auto updates itself for me. I don't have to do a thing or have to worry about keys or anything myself, it's awesome.
