Selfie Verification

I just received a request in my account saying I need to add extra info to continue receiving my payments as a host. Teh only problem is the last step is a selfie which theyr'e syaing doesn't match my government ID. I've tried about 10 different times and it won't work. Has anyone else had this issue? I've been a verified user for years and ahve guests booked all throughout next year. I need to be able to receive my payouts.

@Lushana0, are you sure this is a legitimate request? It sounds dodgy to me. I would contact Airbnb Support about this asap.
