Serious Complaint About Drug use and NO HELP from AirBandB

Hi guys I would Like osme Advice I have 3 Rental propertys,

Last week a guy stole money and Had drug and sex Partys and damaged a lot of items in 1 Apartment - Instant Book

Today My cleaner found 2 Syruniges with Blood on Them and Towles and Sheets - Instant book

I reported the First apartment Last Sunday and have still Had NO Responce From airbandb

I Reported the new Problem today and had NO Responce from Airbandb

Can some one help me or send me in the Right Direction, and if Airbandb are unwilling to help me what action can I take to make them in some way part Responceible,

I Told airbandb that all my Guest had to have verified ID before booking but I believe any Tramp Can use your home using instant book.

I am about to Unlist my 3 Properties but If someone could give me some advice about how to deal with these complaints I oculd change my mind I ahve been using Airbandb since October and never had any issues till this week and I

Do not use instant book. Check your potential guest's previous reviews. Set up a deposit so that if there are damages or extra cleaning you can make a claim through Airbnb. Report this incident to Airbnb. Send the guests a message right away detailing damage, extra cleaning, etc. and do that through the Airbnb message system (not a phone call or direct email) so that there is a record on the Airbnb site. Leave an honest and detailed review. Nobody wants guests like this. You only have 48 hours after check-out to open a claim.
