Short Term Logging (STL) License and How to get around it? FairFax,VA?

Hello Everyone, 

Recently there is a new STL regulation come out and not only effect my area but also other area across the US. I hope to have this converasation started and somehow we can find an alternative way to operate STL without this restriction. Please feel free to share your idea and result. 

Did you try to convert your home (private property) to commercial property? Is STL still apply? 

Did you try to apply for Business, Professional and Occupational License (BPOL) Tax? Is STL still apply? 

Did  you try to convert your house to Bed and Breakfast (B&B) Business/Operation or Optain the B&B operatation license? Is STL still apply?
