Short term rental bylaw language

We are trying to rewrite the bylaws of our condo association and was wondering if anyone would be willing to share their bylaws that allow AirBnB rentals. We have a small condo association and we are interested in allowing this in our units moving forward. Anyone out there with language that they could share?

Given that most insurers will not cover Airbnb, lenders won't consider the income and dislike commercial activity, and many locales require owner occupancy during the rental, I would think long and hard if you want your HOA to encourage owners to do short term rentals. Several HOA in Seattle have deep regrets about allowing it, since entire blocks of units have become essentially become hotels...

We are facing this same question with our condo bylaws.  The current bylaws require Association approval for all rentals.  I have been renting my condo through Airbnb for three years and have had no negative issues with my condo neighbors. 

Does anyone have condo bylaws specifically addressing short term rentals?
